"Almighty God, thank You for this opportunity to call on Your precious name on behalf of those children who need Your help. Bless their parents, who are grieving with tears of Grace and Mercy for Your Uniqueness. We ask that You supply all their needs in Your Son Jesus the Christ. ”

- Deborah Taylor, North Alabama Chapter Member

"Heavenly Father, thank You for welcoming us into Your Kingdom. We are little children but we still believe that all adults love all Your children no matter who they are and no matter what culture they come from. We ask that you please watch over those children who are not with their families. We ask that the leaders in our country look at their lives and know they don't want to be without their children too so they will know what those parents are going through. We pray that the church leaders will pray and ask Trump to help those families and realize that we are children of God.  We ask that you hear this prayer from us. In Jesus' name. Amen.”
- Children of Small Memorial AME Zion Church (Vacation Bible School), West Alabama Chapter
"Prayers for all our Hispanic/ Latino communities. God loves you and so do I.”
- Susan Smith, City Councilwoman (Atmore, Alabama)
"God, I thank you for my life. Lord, I thank You that You do not love me just because of the color of my skin or because I am Caucasian. You love me because I know that You gave Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die for my sins. Please be with those families. Please put it in the hearts of our government officials to place these families back together. Lord, we thank you and we love you. Amen.”
- April Smith, Chattanooga, Tennessee
"Dear Heavenly Father, I want to thank You for Your love for us. I want to thank You for loving us enough to give us salvation, grace and mercy. Lord, as I sit here and think of my children, I know I could not bare to be without them. I could not bare to not know that they are doing well. I could not bare to know if I would ever see them again. God, I know these are the thoughts and fears of those parents. God, I ask that You allow our government officials to understand the importance of family. I ask that You allow them to understand the pain these families are feeling. I ask that You touch their hearts to return the members of these families back together and allow them to live in peace. This country was founded on being the land of the free. Please remind them of this foundation. Please remind them that our country was founded on immigrants coming here to be free, to live, to worship, to prosper, etc. God, we know You hear our prayers and we know You will get the glory. Lord, we thank You and praise You. In Jesus' name. Amen.”
- Minister Delendra TarsaVena Peterson, W.A.L.T. Ministries (Gallion, AL)
"God, please watch over those lonely children like you watch over me. Please give them peace through their tears. Amen."
- Jamie Brown
"Our Father, please watch over those little ones who cannot watch over themselves. Please let our country stand together in pray and action to represent those Hispanic and Latino families. Please let our President remember that we are all precious in Your sight. We love you Lord and thank You. Amen."
- Lillie Moss
"God, please change hearts. Change minds. Change strategies. Change policies. Provide love. Let Your will be done. Amen."
- Ebony Ruffin, Teacher
"We humbly pray that you would help us to welcome and empower those displaced due to their present circumstances. Give us insight to recognize the needs of our neighbors  and break down the various barriers that may try to divide and allow unity to abide. Help us bring hope to those in despair. We thank you for the gift of life and ask for your continued blessings and protection for all you have made. In all these things, we give you praise and glory. Amen."
-Minister Mia G. McGee, Sr.  Consultant (Mobile, AL)
"Oh Lord, Our God how excellent are all thy ways in all the earth. This morning Lord, members of the Florida Conference pray fervently for the plight of the immigrants, who are being detained at the southern borders of the United States. Our primary concern is for the children who have been separated from their parents while the government tries to figure out how to deal with the situation. We pray for every mother separated from child/children, we pray the children separated from their parents. We look to you Lord for guidance. The governments need your help trying to resolve an immediate crisis. Lord, we ask that you allow compassion to abound. We pray that every child is reunited with the parent to mend broken hearts. Thank you, Lord, for your unconditional Love and for your presence in this crisis. We count it done by faith in Jesus name. Amen."
-Rev. Donald Harris, Florida Chapter
"Father, we come right now first of all just saying thank You. Thank You for Your grace and mercy and it's because of Your grace and mercy that we are here. It's not just because of grace but because Your grace is so amazing. Lord, we ask that You would look down and LIFT UP the families that are traumatized by those horrific acts by the American government. We as that You would protect these children, Father, and strengthen the parents, O God. Father, we know that it is the prayers of the righteousness that will not only avail but avail MUCH and I stand in the gap for these families with every blood bought in the name of Jesus. We ask it all and claim it done. AMEN."
-Rev. Larry Brooks, Minister and Gospel Performer (Dallas, TX)
"Father in the name of Jesus, we come to give thanks praise for all Thy many blessings You have bestowed upon us. We come now praying for the immigrants who have been separated from their children. Father, we know that this a great hardship upon them, and their children. We pray that you will move upon the hearts and minds of those who are responsible for this unrighteous act. Father, we pray that every parent will be reunited with their children and love ones. We pray for their health and well-being. Father, we pray for your loving arm of protection all around the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen!"
-Rev. Edward E. Seabron, Sr., Pastor of Small Memorial AME Zion Church (West Alabama Chapter)
"Lord God , I come to You from the most humbling place in my heart asking You to comfort, guide and protect the children/parents who are lost and separated from their families. I ask that You dispense Your angels to protect and that no hurt, harm or danger will come to them. I ask that You perform a quick work and reunite the families. I ask this of my God who has performed miraculous healings and demonstrated acts that are beyond man's understanding. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen."
-Mrs. Joeva Thomas, Sumter Central High School Teacher
"God, please watch over those children and parents who are separated from each other. Be with them and help them to reunite with each other. Keep the children safe and give them peace that You are with them while they are away from their parents. Amen."
-Bryce Chaney, Jacksonville State University student
"Lord, we ask in the name of Jesus that You protect and cover every man, woman and child to be reunited with their families. We ask You to show up and show out in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen."
-Mr. and Mrs. Silas and RoseMary Seabron, Small Memorial AME Zion Church members
"I pray, pray, pray that this matter with all these scared children are resolved. I pray they get safely given back to their parents unharmed.  I pray they are left with only tears of joy, happiness. It is so sad that this has even happened and I pray for the mothers and fathers whose children have been ripped from their arms in hatred. I hurt for the parents and the children, and God, I just pray that we can get these kids back to their parents. Amen."
We are praying for you. May God bless you.
-Stacy and Keith Smith, Monroeville, Alabama
"Dear God, I pray that You will work on the heart of Trump to allow the Hispanic families to reunite with each other. The children need their parents to care for them and provide for them. Please let no harm come to them while they're separated in Jesus's name I pray. Amen!"
-Ms. Lessie Besteder Simmons, Small Memorial AME Zion Church Member
